I know that a lot of stuff going on here in this world and everybody's doing astral journeys, it's just hallucinations. Okay, You lie down and just imagine that you're flying you will feel that you are out of your body and experiencing a totally different world.
See what is being referred to unfortunately everything becomes a ridiculous when all kinds of people start handling it.
Astral travel is when your soul leave your body to and experience 'the further'.
Basically at that time your soul is no more in control of your body or no more of your body's part.
You feel an entrance I'm different world.....
Which is yours but off course not yours.
You feel yourself away from your body.
Ancient Egyptian had written about Outer body experience too.
According to them this kind of state can be achieved by deep meditation where you leave your body .
What is being left with astral?
There is a connection between your soul and your body. I consider that connection through a thin wire.....
That particular thread that connects your soul to your body plays a Major role in astral travel.
Most of the people had experienced astral travel but there are only few who are having an exact method to do this process.
According to a Survey we found that at present time about ten percent of total population had experience astral travel that too just when they are about to be woken up or in a deep sleep.
Most of the people who had near-death experience they can recall Outer body experience.
Many of us can easily get the way to astral travel but most important is to come back to the body which is important and difficult too.
According to my Survey I got to know many things which I can relate with astral travel like-
An experience where I want something to pick up but won't be able to do that after that thing felt so real as if I am living in that world after some time I got to knew that I was dreaming and off course I was in a deep sleep.
What does an OBE feel like?
It’s hard to nail down what an OBE feels like, exactly.
According to accounts from people who’ve experienced them, they generally involve:
a feeling of floating outside your body
an altered perception of the world, such as looking down from a height
the feeling that you’re looking down at yourself from above
a sense that what’s happening is very real
OBEs typically happen without warning and usually don’t last for very long.
Eben Alexander, M.D., a neurosurgeon, has also been the subject of research on out-of-body experiences and astral projection. In 2008, an inexplicable brain infection left Alexander in a weeklong coma. When he awoke, he claims to have had profound memories of a journey deep into another realm. Since then, he's dedicated his life to exploring the mysteries of human consciousness. Though his near-death experience was not voluntary, it did cause Alexander to think that astral projection was possible. He says that he now uses binaural beats-based audio recordings to travel beyond the five senses and explore nonphysical aspects of consciousness.
Some says astral travel is way too easy to do but some says it's not.
Off course experience says it all.....
