Hey stop overthinking okayy...!

Yaar tu kitna sochti hai..!

You are overthinking and you need to stop that..!

If these types of statements you have heard from others or by your own...so this blog is just for you.

'too busy, feeling, feelings and overthinking about it' 

This is the motto of our youth now.

OVERTHINKING: With or without reason just thinking continuously over a particular thing. Thinking about something either too much or too long or both that is called overthinking.

Our generation is use to of overthinking.

Some of them are pro in overthinking that they even overthink their overthinking.

You know what, sometimes the worst place you can be is in your own head. 



Now, how to avoid it?

A research says that we bring about 70,000 thoughts in a day. And if we are an overthinkers than we bring about 7 lakhs thoughts a day..just kidding...balki ussey bhi zyada hota hai.

Now the question is whether those thoughts are good or bad, helpful or not, came to make us feel good or bad?....vaise dekha jaye to ye bhi overthinking hi hai.

So to avoid it first of all stop overthinking now and proceed my blog.

Here are few steps that will help you out to not to overthink:

1.ACCEPT-

To avoid thinking the only solution is just accept it that you are an overthinker.

But, how to get to know that we are an overthinker?

1.When we think too much about anything.

2.Spending more time thinking about the same thing.

3.Mostly we think negative.

these are the characteristics that makes you an overthinker.

2.KEEP NOTICING-

If possible so make a diary or keep notes on your phone about on the topic you had done overthinking.

isse pata hai kya hoga...aisa lagega ki aap mirror main khudko baar baar dekh rahe ho kyuki ye jo mann namak chehre pe ye fizool ke pimples aajatey hain na overthinking ki vajah se uspe aapki zyada nazar padegi aapko mehsoos hoga ki hum soch sochke khudka hi nuksan kiye jaa rahey hain fir vo dheere dheere kam hota jaega, so keep an eye on your thoughts then everything will be fine.


 


Stop predicting future-

You don't know the future and you have no control on it. So stop predicting the worst in all situations.

Let life take it course.

3.MEDITATION-

You have to keep your mind calm and controlled by meditation.

I know humaara mind ek jagah rehne vaalo main se nahi hai, ye 20 second dhyaan main bethne ke baad ye sochne lagta hai ki mujhe koi ladka/ladki milega ya nahi, CBSE exams karaegi ya nahi..I know aise thoughts aatey hain. So all we have to do is to train our mind. How?

Start with the meditation of 1 min, sit in a room peacefully, close your eyes and focus on your breathing...after few seconds your breathing will be slight slow...after that you will get an immense calmness in your brain. Just doing this everyday you have to increase 1 min daily in your meditation period and extend it till 10 min only.

4.Keep yourself busy-

When you start feeling that you stuck in this thinking crowd just stand up and keep moving , start watching a video and just remember whatever you do just do it with your 100%.

If you feel like ki haan abhi bohot soch liya mujhe walk pe jaana chahiye so just keep observing each and everything in that area where you are walking this will be beneficial in two ways-

firstly your brain will be away from that overthinking topic and secondly your observing power will become good. Give yourself a deadline for your work this will help you to get indulge in your work anyhow.

Stop being extremist in relationships-

If someone you are fond of, doesn't respond in a way you expect, don't feel you have done something wrong or don't think you are stupid or ugly.

Things sometimes take time.

5.REPLACE/DIVERT FROM THEM WITH POSITIVE THOUGHTS-

Replace your negative thoughts with the positive one. HOW?

Go to self analysis mode and just think that do you have to clean this garbage agar haan to kaise?

kisi insaan ki vajah se hua hai to usse baat karni hai to baat karo, agar baat nahi karni hai to diary ya note main likhlo aur bhadaas nikaalo.

Aur agar aapko usko avoid karna hai then start listening to your favorate songs aur agar ho sakey to sirf suno mat zor zor se gaao bhaley hi besuraa gaate ho par gao ussey ye hoga ki jo bhi negative vibes hai vo gaane ke zariye apke zehen se baahar niklegi aur ek nayi energy vaha generate hogi.

Stop reading minds-

A stranger smiling does not translate into 'He thinks I look terrible'.

Don't assume what other's think. Think positive.

Overthinking something you cannot change will not change anything except the amount of anxiety you feel, and how much mental energy you use, on something you cannot improve.

Stop self doubting-

Believe in yourself and come of the self-blame game.

Pause your mind to pause the panic.
